The rules for using CourtPop. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Who we are
CourtPop (the app and courtpop.app) is run by Pop Labs Co., Ltd., Bangkok, Thailand (“we”). Contact: hello@mypoplabs.com. How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.
Who can use CourtPop
You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in safe. One person, one account, under your real name.
Courts and bookings
CourtPop shows courts from tennis clubs to help you find one. We do our best to keep it current, but availability can change at any moment, so always check with the club. Bookings and payments are between you and the club, under the club’s own rules. We are not part of that booking.
Playing with others
CourtPop helps you find people to play with. We don’t check who players are or how well they play. Meet in public places, use your own judgement, and play within your fitness. Tennis is a physical sport and you take part at your own risk.
What you post
Your player card, photos, posts and messages stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them in CourtPop to the people they are meant for, only to run the app. Post only what you have the right to share, including photos of other people.
House rules
We have no tolerance for abuse. You must not:
- harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone;
- post sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content;
- pretend to be someone else, or make fake accounts or matches;
- spam, sell, or send people unwanted messages;
- misuse, copy, scrape or disrupt CourtPop, or try to get into what isn’t yours.
Reporting and blocking
You can report a player, post or message, and block anyone, from inside the app. We review reports, and remove content and accounts that break these rules, usually within 24 hours.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your data). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
Our service
CourtPop is free to use and provided as it is. We keep improving it, so features may change or stop, and it may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent Thai law allows, we are not responsible for losses from using CourtPop, from bookings with clubs, or from playing with people you meet through it. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and law
If we change these terms we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand decide any dispute.
